Returns & Refunds 

XYNAMEL products are final sale and not refundable. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed or delivered. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and use the contact form as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging so we can review and help resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days for eligible purchases under applicable consumer protection laws. To request support for an EU cancellation or any related questions, use the contact form.
